Self-Hosted License is a one-time purchase where you install the software on your own server. Both give you access to the same features based on the plan tier. Choose Cloud for zero maintenance, or Self-Hosted for complete data control.

Yes! The Free plan is available forever with up to 100 invoices per month and 2 users. Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. For Self-Hosted, we provide demo license keys so you can test before purchasing.

After purchasing a Self-Hosted license, you receive a license key in XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format. Enter it in Settings > Billing to instantly activate your plan. Perpetual licenses never expire. Annual licenses need renewal after one year. You can transfer licenses between installations by deactivating and reactivating.

For Cloud subscriptions, we accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and all major wallets via Razorpay. For Self-Hosted licenses and Enterprise plans, we also support bank transfers and purchase orders.

Yes. If you are on a Cloud subscription and want to move to Self-Hosted, contact our sales team. We will help migrate your data and issue a license key. Moving from Self-Hosted to Cloud is also possible — your data can be imported into our cloud platform.

Absolutely. For Cloud subscriptions, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time — upgrades are prorated, downgrades apply next cycle. For Self-Hosted, purchase a new license key for the higher plan tier.

Yes! Cloud subscribers save when choosing annual billing. The annual prices are: Micro ₹999/year, Starter ₹2,691/year, Professional ₹8,090/year, and Enterprise ₹17,990/year.

We will notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time. We never block invoice creation — we will remind you to upgrade instead.

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid Cloud plans. Self-Hosted perpetual licenses are non-refundable after activation, but annual licenses can be refunded within 30 days.

For Cloud: Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3. We host on AWS Mumbai region servers for Indian data residency. For Self-Hosted: You control the data entirely — it never leaves your server. We provide security best-practice guides for self-hosted deployments.

Yes! Each business profile can have its own GSTIN. The number of business profiles depends on your plan — from 1 on Free to unlimited on Enterprise.

Perpetual license includes 1 year of email support and software updates. After the first year, you can purchase an annual support plan (₹3,000/year) for continued updates and support. The software continues to work without renewal — you just won't get new features.
