1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dribble Books ("the Service"), operated by Dribble Software Private Limited ("we," "us," or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification.

2. Account Terms

• •You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
• •You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid GSTIN if applicable.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• •One person or business entity may maintain multiple accounts only if each is for a separate legal business entity.
• •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Billing & Payments

• •Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• •Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate until their next renewal cycle.
• •Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Dribble Books to:

• •Generate fraudulent invoices or misrepresent GST information
• •Violate any applicable laws, including the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• •Use the Service in a manner that could overload or impair our infrastructure
• •Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time:

• •You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• •We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
• •Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• •Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• •We are not responsible for errors in GST calculations resulting from incorrect data entry by users. You are responsible for verifying all tax computations.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
